About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our team and our clients. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless communication, defining marketing goals with clients, and overseeing the execution of campaigns by coordinating with internal teams. If you have strong relationship management skills and a knack for marketing strategy, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and goals are clearly communicated to our internal team.
Marketing Strategy Development – Work with clients to define marketing goals and collaborate with Social Creator and Design Creator to build effective strategies.
Social Content & Project Management –
Create and assign social requests & projects to internal teams.
Review and approve social media content and projects before sending them to clients.
Distribute completed projects and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Campaign & Event Planning – Support the execution of activations, grand openings, and marketing initiatives such as newsletters and email campaigns.
Copywriting & Messaging – Assist with brand messaging and marketing materials, working closely with the Director of Creative on copywriting projects.
Ordering & Logistics – Handle ordering for marketing materials, promotional items, and campaign assets as needed.
Client Communication Recaps – Document, summarize, and distribute client updates to ensure alignment among internal teams.
Miscellaneous Project Execution – Support additional client needs, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, marketing, or client relations.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and social media coordination.
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and ensure alignment between client expectations and execution.
Attention to detail and ability to review creative work before delivery to clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an agency setting or working directly with brands on marketing initiatives.
Knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and influencer collaboration.
Familiarity with project management tools, email marketing platforms, and ad campaign management.
